Asset Finance in a CVA

In the past month we have been able to establish asset finance facilities lines for two customers who are presently in CVA’s.

It is usually possible for us to obtain underwriting approval if you are purchasing assets with a good security value and with an established used market.  Assets such as cars, vans, trucks and most machinery is usually acceptable.  However in order for any asset finance agreement to proceed you will need to obtain the permission of the CVA Supervisor.  Personal guarantees from the Directors will also probably be required.
